shape About Charity Galley Foundation

Welcome to Charity Galley Foundation for Education

Charity Galley Foundation for Education is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to transforming lives and creating equal opportunities for people living in rural and Undeserved communities in Ghana and across Africa. We believe that quality education and basic social amenities are fundamental rights—not privileges—and we work tirelessly to bridge the gap between rural areas and the modern world.

Through the construction of fully equipped ICT laboratories, we bring digital learning closer to schools that would otherwise have no access to technology. By drilling boreholes, we provide clean and safe drinking water to promote good health, ease the burden on communities, and create a more conducive learning environment for children.

Beyond infrastructure, we also support schools with learning materials, community development initiatives, and various humanitarian interventions aimed at improving the overall well-being of children and families.

Our mission is to empower underserved areas with digital skills, educational resources, and essential community support, helping every child and community unlock their full potential and build a brighter, more sustainable future.

Agbeko Odione Kumordzie

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) | Philanthropist | "Proff Double Double"

Agbeko Odione Kumordzie is a Ghanaian-American professional and philanthropist who founded the Charity Galley Foundation for Education in honor of his beloved mother, Charity Ghalley. Born and raised in Agbozume, Volta Region, Ghana, Agbeko's journey from humble beginnings to becoming a CPA in the United States embodies the transformative power of education.

The turning point came after his mother's passing. Instead of building a personal mansion, Agbeko chose to create something that would impact generations—a legacy that honors his mother's kindness, strength, and unwavering belief in education.

During a visit to Ghana, he was shocked to discover children in his hometown learning ICT on chalkboards without ever touching a real computer. This reality ignited his mission to bridge the digital divide and bring world-class ICT education to underserved communities.
